A lecture and demostration of encient Indian Classical Music. Dr. Balvalli wrote a book 'Raagopanishidh' based on Upanishidh and Vedas. He will be narrating and demonstrating encient Indian music culture. Dr. Bharat Balvalli has a highly tuneful voice which can span all the octaves with consummate ease. The confidence with which he traverses the seal of each raga is indeed remarkable. He has developed a keen understanding of the highly complicated rhythmic structure of Hindustani Classical music and is equally at ease when singing purely classical as well as semi Classical and Light music. A number of eminent personalities have eulogized Bharat`s impeccable style of singing and harmonium playing. Among others a letter of appreciations and blessings has been addressed to Bharat by all the five members of the Mangeshkar Family. All the personalities agreed that the Dinanath gayaki of natyasangeet and Indian Classical music was extremely difficult.
He was bestowed a title Swaradhish from H. H. Jagadguru Shankaracharya for his contribution in the music field. He was also awarded the title Surmani from Sur Singaar Samsad. He has given his performances of Hindustani Classical Vocal at many prestigious occasions and also received a number of awards at various state and National Level competitions. Bharat`s Classical vocal recital have also been very well appreciated and received.
